The THX Flow Thru Weldseam Cleaner is a highly-automated CNC manufacturing solution designed to receive welded squares from the HHW-4000, HHW-4 or WSA welder models. Complete processing of frame & sash as part of an automated weld/clean line with pass through cleaning of leading and trailing corners of welded squares simultaneously. Each of the four cleaning heads has four Servo-driven axes for control of upper and lower tool carriages, 16 Servo-driven cleaning axes in total.
